Besides the groupwork we can meet individually in
'De Open Ruimte' for a session 1 on 1.
to look together with focussed attention at your innerworld.
Because sometimes you just don't know, can't figure out yourself what to do,
what it's all about for you.
You feel stuck in patterns of behavior, you can't feel, or you get distracted
by life's situations that are actually not the case....
Such a session is a special and easy occasion to exhale,
to make contact with your body
and feel what is alive inside of you.
This way you can make a step towards a more free life with more moving space, sense of purpose, lust for life and awareness.
